FieldFile helps you store and manage work records such as licences, tickets, certificates, equipment records, receipts, calibration dates and reminders.

Support
Adding a Record
Open FieldFile, go to the Records tab and tap the Add Record button. Enter the record title, choose a record type, add an optional due date or reminder, attach photos or files, then save.
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar on the Records tab to find records by title, notes, type or file details. Filters can be used to narrow records by due soon, expired, attachments, pinned records and record type.
Attachments
FieldFile supports attaching photos and files to records. Attachments are stored locally on your device as part of your FieldFile data.
Reminders
You can set due dates and reminders for records. Reminder notifications are local device notifications and require notification permission.
Backup and Restore
FieldFile includes backup and restore tools in Settings. Backups include records and attachments. Keep exported backup files somewhere secure.
FieldFile Pro
FieldFile Free includes up to 10 records. FieldFile Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited records and custom reminder timing.
If a purchase does not appear immediately, open Settings in FieldFile and tap Restore Purchase.
Privacy Policy
FieldFile is designed to store your records locally on your device. FieldFile does not upload your records, files, photos or attachments to a server.

FieldFile is designed to help users store, organise and manage work records such as licences, tickets, certificates, receipts, equipment records, calibration dates and reminders.
This Privacy Policy explains how FieldFile handles information.
1. Data Stored in the App
FieldFile allows you to create and store records that may include:
• Record titles
• Record types
• Notes
• Due dates
• Reminder settings
• Equipment details
• Receipt or purchase details
• Photos
• Documents
• File attachments
• Backup files created by you
This information is stored locally on your device.
FieldFile does not upload your records, files, photos, notes or attachments to a FieldFile server.
2. No Account Required
FieldFile does not require you to create an account or sign in.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or account credentials through the app.
3. Local Storage
Your FieldFile records and attachments are stored on your device.
If you choose to export a backup, PDF summary or file from FieldFile, you decide where that exported file is saved or shared. For example, if you save a backup to iCloud Drive, email, cloud storage or another app, that service’s own privacy policy and security practices will apply.
4. Photos, Camera and Files
FieldFile may request access to your camera, photo library or files so you can attach photos or documents to your records.
These permissions are used only for the features you choose to use. FieldFile does not upload selected photos or files to a server.
5. Notifications
FieldFile may request notification permission so it can send local reminders before record due dates.
Reminder notifications are generated on your device. FieldFile does not use a remote notification server.
6. Face ID, Touch ID and Device Authentication
FieldFile may use device authentication, such as Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, to help protect access to the app.
FieldFile does not receive or store your biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS.
7. In-App Purchases
FieldFile Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. FieldFile uses Apple’s StoreKit system to check whether FieldFile Pro has been purchased or restored.
FieldFile does not receive your full payment card details.
8. Analytics and Tracking
FieldFile does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
FieldFile does not track you across apps or websites.
FieldFile does not sell user data.
9. Data Sharing
FieldFile does not share your records, files, photos or attachments with third parties.
Data may only leave your device if you choose to export, back up, share or save it using iOS sharing tools or another service.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete individual records in FieldFile.
You can also delete all records and files using the data management options in Settings.
Deleting the FieldFile app from your device may also remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS behaviour and any backups you have created separately.
11. Children’s Privacy
FieldFile is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Security
FieldFile is designed to keep records stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device, device passcode and exported backup files secure.
If you export or share records outside FieldFile, those files may no longer be protected by FieldFile.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
