We value the trust you place in us and are committed to protecting your privacy through transparent data practices and robust security measures. By using this application, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Information We Collect (English)
To provide a seamless experience and generate accurate reports, we collect the following types of information:
a. Personal and Profile Information: When you set up your account via Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, designation, headquarters (HQ), HQ location, and approving authority details.
b. Professional/Diary Data: This includes all data you enter to generate reports, such as daily work descriptions, travel details (from/to locations), halt information, leave records, and weekly off configurations.
c. Automatically Collected Information: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to improve app performance. This may include non-sensitive information like your device's Advertising ID (AD_ID), app version, and basic usage patterns (e.g., age and gender insights).
d. Sensitive Data Exclusion: The application DOES NOT collect or store sensitive personal information such as bank account details, credit card numbers, passwords, or government-issued IDs like Aadhaar.
3. Use of Information (English)
We use the information collected for the following legitimate business purposes:
a. Core Functionality: To maintain your daily work records, process travel logs, and generate professional PDF reports as per your input.
b. Data Synchronization: To sync your data across devices using Google Drive and Firebase Firestore, ensuring you never lose your records.
c. Account & Subscription Management: To identify your account, manage your yearly subscription status, and provide access to premium features (like PDF generation).
d. App Improvement: To analyze app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user interface/experience through aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data.
e. Communication: To send important updates regarding the app, respond to your support queries, or provide instructions on using the application.
4. Data Storage and Syncing (English)
We prioritize your data ownership and accessibility through the following methods:
a. Diary Records (Google Drive): Your daily work records and diary entries are stored locally on your device and automatically synced to your personal Google Drive account. This model ensures that you maintain 100% ownership and control over your professional data.
b. Profile Information (Dual Storage): For seamless account management and cross-device restoration, your profile details (such as name, designation, headquarters, and app settings) are stored on both your personal Google Drive and Firebase Firestore (a secure cloud database by Google).
c. Cloud Security: We leverage Google’s enterprise-grade secure infrastructure to host and protect your information.
d. Data Access: We do not have access to your private Google Drive files. The application only accesses the specific data it creates to ensure your privacy.
5. Payment Information (English)
To support the ongoing development and maintenance of the application, we use a subscription-based model:
a. Free Trial: New users receive a 3-month free trial to explore all features, including PDF report generation.
b. One-Time Yearly Purchase: After the trial period, users can make a one-time purchase to activate the PDF Report Generation feature for a period of one year (as per our system settings).
c. Inactive Status (Expired Access): If your yearly access expires or is inactive, you can still use the application to maintain your daily records and use other diary functions. However, the ability to generate and export PDF reports will be restricted until the purchase.
d. Secure Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store any of your credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
6. Third-Party Services & Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand user behavior and improve app performance. For this purpose, the app may use the Advertising ID (AD_ID) to provide non-sensitive demographic information (like age and gender). Users can opt-out of this through their device's Google settings.
7. Data Security (English)
We prioritize the security of your information and take several measures to protect it:
a. Infrastructure Security: We utilize Google’s enterprise-grade secure infrastructure (Firebase and Google Drive) to host and sync your data, benefiting from their world-class security protocols.
b. Application-Level Measures: We implement appropriate technical safeguards at the application level to prevent unauthorized access or data loss.
c. No 100% Guarantee: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
d. User Responsibility: We encourage users to maintain the security of their Google accounts and use device-level locks (PIN/Fingerprint) to prevent unauthorized local access.
8. Children’s Privacy (English)
Our application is designed and intended for professional use by field officers, employees, and adults.
a. Age Restriction: The application is not directed toward children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
b. Data Deletion: If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our servers.
c. Safe Content: Although the app is for professional use, it does not contain any objectionable, harmful, or inappropriate content.

10. Data Deletion & Retention (English)
We respect your right to control your personal and professional data.
a. Local Data: You can delete all locally stored records and cached information by clearing the application cache or uninstalling the app from your device.
b. Google Drive Data: Since your diary records are stored in your personal Google Drive account, you have the authority to manually delete the data folder or specific files from your Drive at any time.
c. Profile Data (Firestore): To request the permanent deletion of your profile information (name, designation, HQ, etc.) from our Firebase Firestore database, please send an email to ayonetechnology@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will process your request and delete your data within 7-10 business days.
d. Data Retention: We retain your profile data only as long as your account is active to provide you with seamless service. Once a deletion request is processed, the data is permanently removed from our cloud servers.

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Field Diary application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the application and uninstall it from your device.
2. Purpose of Use & No Government Affiliation
Purpose: This application is designed as a personal productivity and supporting tool for field officers and professionals to maintain daily work logs and generate reports for their own reference.
No Official Affiliation: This application is an independent tool developed by Ayonetechnology. It is NOT an official application of any government department, ministry, or public sector undertaking. It does not represent any government entity.
3. User Responsibility
Data Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information entered into the application.
Report Verification: Any legal responsibility arising from the generated reports lies with the respective user. It is the user's responsibility to verify the content before submitting it to any official authority.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Google account used for sign-in and syncing.
4. Limitation of Liability
The developer (Ayonetechnology) shall not be held liable for:
Data loss due to device malfunction, sync errors, or accidental deletion.
Technical issues or temporary unavailability of the app or cloud services.
Any loss caused due to errors in reports or professional consequences arising from the use of this application.
5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds
Model: The app follows a 'One-Time Yearly Purchase' model for premium features like PDF generation.
Refunds: Since a 3-month free trial is provided for evaluation, all purchases made through Google Play are generally non-refundable.
Validity: Access to premium features is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the application, including the source code, UI design, logos, and original content, are the exclusive property of the developer. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes or Termination
The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application or its services at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts under the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court.
