About me
I studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Prishtina, Kosovo, where I obtained the Bachelor and Master degrees in 2006 and 2009, respectively. I worked for three years at my alma mater as a Teaching Assistant before moving on with my PhD studies at Institute EURECOM, Sophia Antipolis, France, where I worked on Cognitive Radio Networks and Mobile Data Offloading. I got my PhD degree in 2015. Then, I moved to North America, where I worked for several years as a Postdoctoral Scholar at University of Waterloo, Canada, as well as at North Carolina State University and Pennsylvania State University, USA. Then, in 2021, I came back to Europe, joining the Chair of Communication Networks at Technical University of Munich, Germany, where I am involved in research/supervision and teaching. My research interests lie within the broad area of wireless networks, with an emphasis on performance modeling, analysis, and optimization.
