What I WILL do:

Women

Animal Ears/Tail

Light armour

What I WON'T do:

Men (very feminine men are ok)

Anthro/Furry

Mecha

Hentai/Pregnancy

Animals

Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. If you are in the process of commissioning me, I will let you know about critical changes!

PAYMENT:

Paypal only.  Prices are subject to change based on demand, personal life and finances, and other. Prices may raise due to character design compexity, additional details or characters, or challenging requests.

TIME:

Artworks are usually done between 1 week to 2 months. If there is any reason for a delay longer than that, I will be in contact with you.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION/MAKING CHANGES:

I will send you a completed sketch for approval before moving on to the linart and coloring. You may request minor design/color corrections, but larger changes to the artwork may cost extra. Please provide clear, clean references to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding!

CANCEL/REFUNDS:

I have the right to cancel or refund any commission at any point of time.  If you would like to cancel a commission, refunds work as the following based on completion of the piece:

*Haven't started = 100% Refund

*Sketch done and sent for approval = 50% Refund

*Lineart/coloring started = No Refund

COPYRIGHT:

I own every right to every commission/drawing.  I have the rights to post, promote, livestream, or market with the artworks I create.  You are allowed for personal use with the artwork and can post the watermarked version on social media with proper credit to me. 

You cannot use the artwork for commercial or merchandise purposes without purchases the rights (1.5x base price for commercial/3x base price for merchandise)
*Commercial Rights include: Using the artwork for promotional content (song covers, books, stream assets, etc.)

*Merchandise Rights include: Using the artwork to produce merch (prints, keychains, mousepad, etc.) or making money off the artwork in any way.

PRIVACY:

The commissioner and artist may not disclose each other's personal information or names should they be revealed.  However, if you unjustly file a chargeback after properly receiving the completed artwork, I may choose to warn other artists of your account/profile.
