When you come to a workout for the first time, you are known as an FNG (Friendly New Girl). At the end of the workout, you will tell us a little bit about yourself, then the PAX (the other people in attendance) will choose a FiA name for you. Once you have a FiA name, you can request to join our private FiA Greensboro Facebook group, where we announce the details about upcoming workouts, community events, socials, volunteer opportunities, and prayer requests.

Most of the workouts are boot camp style. Bring a yoga mat, a set of weights, and a bottle of water. For the run/walk/ruck workouts, you only need a bottle of water and your cell phone. We meet outside, so dress appropriately for the weather.
