Shuttle Run and Tabata

Warm-up: arm circles, pickers, leg kicks

The Thang:

Shutte run: pax ran to the bathrooms and back and did 15 bicep curls to overhead press then ran to bathroom and back and did 15 deadlift to upright row then ran to bathroom and back and did 15 tricep kickbacks.

All Pax gathered at mats and did the 1st Tabata set (all sets are 8 rounds with  20 seconds of the exercise and 10 seconds of rest)  then repeated the shuttle run portion and then did the 2nd tabata set continuing this until all of the tabata sets are done.

we then ended with an ab o rama.

set 5: squat

 set 6: standing alternating foot tap
