Meeting Dates:  We will be meeting once a month to update everyone on the progress of the planning. Please attend as many meetings as you can to stay in the loop with the most current information. Meetings are held in the library unless noted otherwise and run from 7pm - 8pm on the following dates: 10/16, 11/13, 12/11, 1/8/24*, 2/12, 3/12, 4/15, 5/13, 6/3*. Forms: All necessary forms needed for Project Graduation will be posted.

Fundraising:  We will host a number of fundraising events throughout the year.  Be sure to gather your friends and attend as many as you can to support our kids.

Donate:  Project Graduation is run strictly on donations. We are seeking both monetary donations as well as prizes and raffle baskets. As a non-profit organization, any donation can be a write off using our 501(c)3 number: 06-6001614. If you have a business and would like to make a donation, please email us at fhsprojectgrad2024@gmail.com.

Committee Contacts/Volunteers:  If you need to get in touch with a member of the planning committee, please visit the committee contact page.  Don't hesitate to reach out and ask to help with volunteering.  The committee chairs need helpers!  This party takes at least 75 parent volunteers to work months leading up to the party as well as the night of the event in order for its success. We are in need of many volunteers to help make this party a success.
