Social Goals

• At least 2 teammates behind every fairview swimmer's lane at meets to cheer

• All athletes know every teammate’s name by BOCO

• Have every athlete included in at least one instagram post

• 80% attendance at social events

• Become friends with at least one swimmer in another grade than yours!

Performance Goals

• Every returning swimmer gets 3 improved times from last season

• WIN BOCO

• Set at least one new team record

• 80% attendance at home meets

• Place top three at state

• Every swimmer should try a new event/self-challenging event

Practice Goals

• 107 gallons of chocolate milk

• Duck (Jarve) hand off after every practice

• Team cheer after every practice

• Speak positively/have good attitude at every practice and meet

• Stay healthy and injury free

• High participation in Spirit Days
