Welcome to the Fairview High School Girls Swim & Dive Team! We're a winter sport; practices start in November at the South Boulder Rec Center and finish with the state meet in early February.Â

Regular Season Practice Schedule
Mon-Fri 4:30-6pm @ South Boulder Rec Center
Arrive by 4:20, ready to get in the water by 4:25pm
Saturday practices @ Elk's - 12/9, 12/23, 12/30, 1/6 - 9:15-10:45am
Skills Needed to be on the Swim Team
We are not a learn to swim program; we are a program that builds skills for beginner to advanced competitive swimmers. Team requirements:
Attend a minimum of 4 practices/week (one practice/week for USA Swimming club swimmers)
Swim 300 yards continuously
Complete 10 rhythmic & continuous bobs (exhaling underwater & inhaling above water)
Coordinate freestyle stroke with side breathing
Swim a 25 yard length of backstroke & breastroke
Complete 3 underwater dolphin kids without surfacing
