As we commence another thrilling year at Fitzgerald High School College and Career Academy (FHSCCA), I am thrilled to extend a heartfelt welcome to each and every one of you. It is with great pride that I serve as the Principal, leading a community of passionate learners and dedicated educators.
FHSCCA is buzzing with anticipation; our building is now a year old, fall sports are right around the corner, and we eagerly await the vibrant energy of students filling our hallways. This is a time of excitement and new beginnings.
At FHSCCA, our devoted teachers and staff take immense pride in providing abundant opportunities for our students. From rigorous academics to competitive athletics and a multitude of engaging extracurricular activities, we believe that high school is a time for exploration and growth. These years should be some of the most memorable in students' lives, offering countless pathways to discover their passions and talents. We encourage all our students to fully immerse themselves in the FHSCCA community, embracing their identity as proud members of the CANE family.
FHSCCA places great value on the power of partnerships. We forge strong collaborations with local institutions of higher education, employers, and community organizations to offer our students unique opportunities such as dual enrollment, enriching internships, and career development activities. Through these valuable connections, we strive to empower our students and prepare them for a successful future.
Throughout the school year, please remember that our doors are always open. We believe in the importance of open communication and stand ready to support students on their journey toward success. Whether you have questions, concerns, or simply need guidance, our dedicated staff is committed to providing the necessary assistance for students to thrive in all their endeavors.
Together, let us make this academic year at FHSCCA an extraordinary one—a time of growth, achievement, and unforgettable memories. We will continue to foster an environment where every student can shine brightly, realizing their full potential.
