Who are assistants and what do they do?
Assistants are the people who make sure no one is breaking any of the rules. They are entrusted with many powers for their moderation and have close affiliations with the officers. An assistant's main job is to make sure other members are kept in check in the discord server. The jobs that assistants are tasked with are but not limited to are:
Making sure no one is spamming
Making sure no one is typing in any offensive slurs
Muting/kicking/banning anybody that breaks any rules
Helping to communicate any information between members and officers
Act as contacts in place of officers if officers cannot be reached

Officer roles and what are the details.
The president leads the club in every aspect and coordinates all the officers. The person officially represents the club in events and out of school functions.
The vice president serves as the president in the event the president is unable to perform his/her duties. They must be ready to step in as president if necessary but normally functions as assisting the president.
The secretary handles the crucial administrative work such as keeping the club membership registry and data logs in shape while maintaining the structure and stability of the discord server.
The treasurer administers and is responsible for the organization’s money. He/she keeps the financial records up to date whilst planning fundraising activities.
The public relations officer handles the electronic social media presence of the club and keeps members of the club up to date with all club related news.
