About the Falcon Heights Parent - Teacher Association

The Falcon Heights Parent-Teacher Association (FHPTA) is a formal non-profit organization composed of parents, families, teachers/staff, administrators and other community members dedicated to supporting our students by sponsoring school events and fundraising efforts.

FHPTA Aims and Objectives

To support the mission of the national PTA: "to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children" by:

- Helping FHE administration provide enriching resources for students that complement the curriculum with events/special occasions (raising funds)
- Promoting and organizing fun, wholesome school social events to provide opportunities for the FHE community to get to know each other (fostering community)
- Encouraging parents' involvement in school life to develop strong links between parents, teachers and students (reinforcing home-school communication)
- Bringing together parents, teachers, and administration while working towards the common goal of supporting our students throughout their academic career at FHE (strengthening academic connections)
