Aggressive Driving Unit

Here with the Florida Highway Patrol, our mission is to protect and serve the State of Florida by supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. This also includes, but, not limited to, enforcing state law and keeping the roadways of Florida safe. Our main mission here with the Aggressive Driving Unit is to reduce fatalities and to prevent aggressive drivers who are responsible for more than half of the fatal wrecks taking place on our Highways from driving at high speeds, driving while impaired, and not wearing seat belts.
