Fergusson faces two counts of vehicular homicide following a fatal crash that claimed the lives of a 39-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter.

The devastating accident occurred on the evening of June 15, 2024, on Interstate 75 near exit 131. According to investigators, Fergusson was driving a black 2020 Ford Mustang at an excessive speed when he lost control of the vehicle, causing a multi-car collision. The impact was catastrophic, resulting in the immediate deaths of the mother and her young daughter, whose identities have not been disclosed to protect the family's privacy.

Witnesses reported that Fergusson attempted to flee the scene on foot immediately after the crash. Despite an extensive search by law enforcement, Fergusson remains at large. He is described as a 51-year-old male, approximately 5 Feet 10 inches Tall, with brown hair and Hazel eyes.
