You’re there to learn, not play — be smart.
This is non-negotiable
Do NOT bring water guns, props, disguises, or do anything related to this game while on school property — including the parking lot, hallways, or bathrooms.
If you ignore this rule, you risk:
Getting the game shut down for everyone
Getting yourself in trouble with school admin
Ruining the entire experience for your class
This is serious. There are NO second chances. If you break this rule, you will be immediately disqualified, and the school could take action on their own. Don't be the reason the fun ends early. Take this seriously.
WEARABLE PROTECTION ("SHIELDS")
- If a player is wearing a visible safety item, they cannot be eliminated.
- Valid safety items:
- Arm floaties must be above elbow for the sheild to count. Below elbow does not count
- Floaties must be inflated 20% or up
- Goggles (must be worn on face or forehead NOT around the neck or top of your head)
- Goggles too close to hair line does not count. Should be above eye brows and close to eyes and it should not be hidden with your hair or any other accessories.
- Tube floats around waist
- Safety items must be visible and worn properly.
- Safety gear is invalid on Purge Days. (see below).
You cannot shield yourself with objects. No umbrella shielding.
● However, for example, if you hide behind a bush or run fast enough to escape getting
splashed, and no part of you gets wet, you are still alive.
● It will ultimately be determined if you got hit by water by proof of video. So assassins try
your best to get the best quality video.
OFF-LIMIT ZONES / SITUATIONS

- You CAN shoot through an open window or door.
- Cars must be off for a kill to count if you are the driver or in the front seats. NO DRIVE BY'S!
- If you are passengers in the backseat of a car, the elimination counts as long as the target and hunter are both in the back. (Do not try to eliminate anyone who is driving or in the front seats; No eliminations from the front seats AT ALL)

PSAL PRACTICE & EVENT ZONES
All PSAL-guarded spaces are considered strict safe zones during official PSAL activities.
Any space outside of the PSAL-guarded area (such as nearby parking lots, sidewalks, or open fields) is considered public and NOT safe.
Eliminations are allowed in public spaces, even if they’re near the PSAL site, as long as they’re not within the protected PSAL zone.
Violating the actual PSAL safe zone will result in immediate team disqualification
NON-PSAL SPORTS & GAMES
If a player is involved in a non-PSAL game (e.g. rec league, intramurals, casual games), you cannot eliminate them while they’re actively playing.
Wait until they’re fully finished and no longer on the field/court to make a move.
RESPECT ATHLETES – RESPECT THE GAME
These rules are designed to protect safety and fairness, while maintaining trust with school administration.
Breaking these guidelines could lead to disqualification or the game being shut down entirely.
In order for any elimination to count in this game, it must be recorded on video clearly and without confusion. This rule is strictly enforced to keep the game fair and to prevent disputes between players.
A clear visual of the person being eliminated
The moment of impact when the water hits the target
The video must be focused, not shaky or obstructed
It must be obvious who the target is — no guessing, no unclear angles
Blurry, low-quality footage
A video that cuts off before or after the moment of impact
Recordings where the target isn’t clearly visible
Clips taken too far away or in poor lighting
Edited or altered clips
This rule exists to ensure the game remains fair, competitive, and free of unnecessary conflict. If elimination videos are unclear or missing, it creates room for disputes, false eliminations, and unfair advantages. As admins, we will not validate any elimination without clear and complete proof.
If you fail to record a valid video, the elimination will not count — no exceptions. It is your responsibility to plan ahead and make sure your video is clear and complete.
Record smart. Don’t waste your elimination on a bad video.
The safety of all players and the integrity of the game are top priority.
In the event of any serious concerns — including safety risks, school involvement, rule violations, or disruptive behavior — admins reserve the right to pause, delay, or fully suspend the game at any time.
Examples include but are not limited to:
Unsafe or reckless actions that could cause harm or legal issues
Players violating school policy or bringing attention from administration
Disputes or incidents escalating beyond the game
Players using props (e.g., water guns) in inappropriate settings (schools, places of worship, workplaces, etc.)
If the game is paused, all eliminations during that time will be void. Admins will notify all players with instructions if this occurs. Respect the pause — playing during a suspension may result in disqualification.
- PREMIUM ACCESS RULE -
Premium features from the game app are now allowed for all players. This decision was made after some players purchased and later canceled Premium due to earlier confusion.
All players are now free to purchase and use Premium if they choose.
Players who canceled but still have Premium access until their billing cycle ends (e.g. June 1st) are also permitted to use it during that time.
We understand the initial communication around this wasn’t clear — thank you to everyone for your patience. This update ensures that all players now have equal opportunity and clarity moving forward.
PURGE DAYS
Purge days are random and could be any day.
- During Purge Days, safety items are INVALID.
- Your team can eliminate up to 4 teams during Purge Days.
- Make sure to use it to your advantage!
-If you eliminate your target, your team will be considered safe
- Any team that eliminates their ENTIRE target team BEFORE the purge will be safe from the purge
On Purge Day, anyone can eliminate anyone.
It’s a free-for-all… unless you earn safety.
You and your teammate must have eliminated both of your assigned targets before Purge Day starts.
If you did that — congrats, your team is safe…
BUT ONLY if you don’t attack anyone else on the Purge day. You choose one!
This game is run by a team of student admins who are volunteering their time to make it enjoyable and fair for everyone. All participants are expected to respect their decisions.
Admins have the right to:
Make final calls on any disputes or unclear eliminations
Disqualify players for unsafe behavior, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct
Clarify, adjust, or add rules as necessary to maintain fairness and safety
Enforce consequences if players attempt to exploit loopholes or disrupt the game
If you’re playing, you are agreeing to follow all rules and accept admin decisions without argument. This ensures the game runs smoothly for everyone involved.
