Welcome! I am a PhD student in Quantitative Marketing at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
My research interests lie at the intersection of marketing, econometrics, and machine learning. I study problems related to targeting, personalization, and advertising content, with a focus on how firms can design effective policies for consumer engagement. Methodologically, my work draws on policy evaluation and optimization, structural models, machine learning, and causal inference.
I joined the PhD program in Fall 2020. Before that, I completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran.
I am on the 2025–2026 academic job market.
