Turnaround
Made‑to‑order. Standard production is 3-7 business days after payment or after a store “drop” closes. Rush may be possible—email us.
Pickup
Team pickup (distribution would be on Thursday at practices) or porch pickup in Flushing. We’ll email or text when your order is ready.
Exchanges/Returns
We can exchange unworn, unwashed non‑custom items within 7 days of pickup. Custom items (name/number) are final sale. If there’s a defect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
