Jorge Fuller is Kansas City’s own compassionate educator striving to provide quality education for all. Born and raised in Kansas City alongside his twin sister, the influence of his parents, and the unwavering support of his grandparents, Jorge found a passion for educating young people.

As a student at KCPS Jorge was engaged in many clubs (including Debate KC, GEAR UP, Project SHIFT, JROTC, and Project Aim) and activities that granted him the opportunity to plan service activities and participate in service events that were citywide. While a student at UMKC, Jorge was elected to be a member on the Engage KC youth board, served as an Americorp Member for two years with Jumpstart KC, and began working as a substitute teacher & instructional aide at Benjamin Banneker Charter Academy of Technology.
Jorge ran as a Write- in Candidate to be your State Senator for the Seventh District of Missouri. He is running in service of the people that deserve respect, consideration, and communication. By supporting Jorge, you are supporting a candidate of the people.
Jorge Fuller has spent over a decade in the education sector. Helping preschoolers learn to read and young adults navigate collegiate & professional spaces. While serving as a representative on Engage KC Mayors youth board, he found the heart of the city is attracting and keeping young people. He formerly worked for the quality educational institutions of Benjamin Banneker Charter Academy of Technology and Kansas City Neighborhood Academy (as a founding staff member). Jorge has sponsored many activities that provided students with opportunities that were not always accessible. Recently, he obtained his Masters in Educational Leadership K-12 at NWMSU. While attending online, Jorge was able to navigate the closing of Kansas City Neighborhood Academy, learn from various educational leaders in the KC area, and became a Surge Fellow, as well as becoming an Impact Manager with City Year KC. Using skills he has learned over the last decade, he empowers young people whether they are current or past students to find their voice and ownership within their education. He manages a group of young people that have dedicated a year of their life to service to tutor and mentor students at Whittier Elementary partnering through City Year KC. As you see his life has been dedicated to people and improvement through the various organizations that he has decided to work for, be an affiliate of, and a member of.
