- Fly through Lansing Capital Region International Airport (LAN), and take a taxi/rideshare to East Lansing (approximately 10 - 20 minutes).
- Fly through Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW), and take the Michigan Flyer bus or a rental car to East Lansing (approximately 1.5 - 2 hours).

A block of rooms in Owen Hall has been reserved, and a number of travel awards are available to support lodging at Owen and meals at MSU dining halls for the duration of the school.

Owen Hall is conveniently located a short walking distance from the Biomedical and Physical Sciences building, and the Shaw dining hall. For those who do not wish to stay in dorm-style housing, there are nearby hotels in East Lansing as well, such as the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center.
