Ffsj Free Download

i want to join .a , .b files..like "filename".a , "filename".b , "filename".c... e.t.c. . In windows those can be joined together by ffsj. But in mac there are no softwares to do that. Ther is one named Data Tape ..which is basically a very bad one with limited functionality. It can join .001, .002... . But can not join .a , .b types. So is there any equivalent of ffsj in Mac ?
