Our Mission

To inspire and empower young people to pursue their passion for aviation through education, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

• Provide access to aviation education and training for underserved youth

• Create opportunities for young people to experience aviation firsthand through discovery flights, flight lessons, airport tours, and other aviation-related activities

• Foster mentorship relationships between youth and experienced aviation professionals

• Increase diversity and representation in the aviation industry by encouraging young people from underrepresented communities to pursue careers in aviation

Programs

• Aviation Camps: Week-long summer camps that introduce youth to various aspects of aviation, including flight theory, aircraft maintenance, and air traffic control. Campers will also have the opportunity to take a short flight with a licensed pilot.

• Flight Training Scholarships: Financial assistance for young people who are interested in pursuing flight training and obtaining a private pilot license.

• Aviation Mentorship Program: Matching young people with experienced aviation professionals who can provide guidance and support as they navigate their aviation careers.

• Aviation Career Fairs: Organizing career fairs that connect young people with aviation industry employers, as well as providing information on various career paths within the industry.
