User Portal Terminology
User Portal Terminology
Opportunity - An opportunity represents revenue-generating activity like donations, grants, earned income; or expenses such as contracts and grant issuance.
Account - An account is an organization, company, or individual.
Household accounts track donors, clients, or other stakeholders at the same mailing address, such as spouses or family.
Organization accounts are for nonprofit organizations, foundations, companies, and government agencies.
Contact - Contacts are the individuals associated with your accounts or households.
Close Date - The close date is the date FFEE entered the opportunity into our system.
Chatter Feed - Allows you to view, post, and share information within a group about a particular opportunity.

Once your user account is set up, you will receive an intro email from Salesforce.
Follow the prompts in the email to establish a new password.

Navigate to the FFEE portal site
Enter your username and password

Email Notifications
Email Notifications
Once your User Portal account becomes active, you will start to receive the following email notifications.
DELIVERABLES: You will receive a notification 30 days before a grant report is due.
CONTRACTS: You will receive a notification 30 days before the contract end date.
If you would like to change who received these notifications, please get in touch with your user portal admin.
