Empowering Equitable Food Solutions: Collaborations During COVID and Beyond

Tune-in to this unique, virtual opportunity to learn about the many ways our food system responded to the challenges faced throughout the pandemic. Our food system touches so many critical aspects of our Fairfax communities; this summit will take an in-depth look at the equity impact on health, employment, urban agriculture, new food partners and collaborations, and first-time food insecure residents.

The summit will be held on June 16, 2021, from 10am - 12pm on Zoom.

Lunch from three culturally diverse food trucks is included for the first 250 registrants. It will be ready for pick-up at the Fairfax County Government Center after the summit.

The Fairfax Food Council would like to thank Capital Area Food Bank, George Mason University, and the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth for their support of the event.
