What it will take to succeed

Support schools to create FACE Teams with appropriate membership.
Support schools to have an SFC Council with full membership that meets regularly.
Foundational training on effective family engagement with a focus on relationship building.
Monthly in-person coaching sessions with principals.
Supplemental training sessions (virtual and in-person) with FACE Fellowship teams.
Monthly check-ins with ILEDs.
Monthly check-ins/partnering with SLP Ambassadors in each building??

% of SFC Councils with appropriate parent membership.
% of SFC Councils that meet regularly.
% of SFC Council meetings with active family participation.
% of schools with Compact that meets the standard (Begin summer 2024)
