Below you'll find ALL the information you need to know for the upcoming year as well as all forms that MUST be completed before your first drop off September 3!
Each family will complete (1) Family Registration form
You will then complete (1) Child Registration form PER child
Lastly, if you indicated allergies, you'll need to fill that form out as well.
Your first night of drop off, we will have these and photo permission forms ready for you to sign and you will be good to go.
I pray these digital forms add a touch of convenience to a busy time of year. If you prefer paper, we have those at the church office, just ask!
Additionally, please review our Health & Safety Policy, you will be asked to initial that you've read it. It contains important information about when to keep your kids home due to illness, and what plans we have to keep your children safe while they're in our care.

Programming runs from 6-7
Ages
Toilet trained preschoolers through 5th grade. Our classes this year are organized by grade:
Preschool-PreK-Kindergarten (SEEDS)
1st-2nd graders (SPROUTS)
3rd-4th-5th graders (OAKS)
Check in/out procedures
We have a check in/out table set up in the church narthex (lobby) There are 3 sheets, one per class, labelled at the top. There will be someone ready to assist you if you need help locating these. Once you find your child's name, check appropriate spot for sign in, and repeat for pick up.
As mentioned in the policy, all children in our program must be signed out by a responsible party. These arrangements must be made before the close of the evening so our volunteers can get home to their families. If you require assistance in getting your child home, please contact the Children's Ministry Director and we can try to arrange transportation.
