Get your Irish Fest swag any time of the year by shopping our online store! Sweatshirts, journals, tumblers, teddy bears, gift cards, and so much more! Shop below. The online store will shut down for the festival on July 31.

Downtown Merchants will be offering Irish-themed activities and fare to mark the occasion and outside you will find music, dancing, face painting, a balloon twister, tastings and more! Downtown specials will last all day, so stop into your favorite shops and restaurants anytime throughout the day for a festive treat.

The Puget Sound Bird Fest wouldn't happen without the hard work and talents of our volunteers. If you'd like to join the Bird Fest Planning Committee to help plan the festival throughout the year, or help with guest services and festival activities during Bird Fest weekend, please email jennifer.leach@edmonds wa.gov.

Now for the logistics. Because many downtown roads are closed for pedestrian-only access during PA Bacon Fest, it can be tricky to get around! Plan ahead and consider parking at one of these garages that are within walking distance to the festival grounds or at an off-site location (shuttles provided).

For the most up-to-date parking information, check out pabaconfest.com, and be sure to follow the festival on social media for live announcements (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). Once you arrive on the festival grounds, the footprint is walkable.

Apple Valley's Mid-Winter Fest is a winter celebration that brings together our community to enjoy food, fun, and activities for all ages. This annual festival began in 1978 and has been an Apple Valley tradition ever since. We invite you to join us for this special community celebration.

Shortly after Breckenridge Ski Resort was founded, local legends, Sigurd Rockne and Trygve Berge, created the first Ullr Dag festival. The festival came about because the majority of the ski school instructors were Norwegian and had a long tradition of celebrating Ullr, the Norwegian god of snow. The festival included a ski parade, competitions and aerial tricks demonstrated by ski school instructors. There were two booths, one at each end of Main Street, which cars had to stop and could buy Ullr Coins which gave them discounts in certain shops in town. The first crowned King and Queen for Ullr was Governor John Love and his wife Ann Love. To kick the parade off, there were four jets that flew 500 feet above Main Street. After the parade there was a bonfire. Ullr fit right in and took to the mountains. And every year, Ullr blesses Breckenridge with some of the finest snow in the world.

To repay Ullr for his gift of snow, we here in Breckenridge continue to hold a festival to honor the god of winter. We now call this little celebration Ullr Fest. Over the year, many traditions were formed such as the Ullr Ball, the Ullr Bonfire, the Ullr Parade, Snow Sculpting, Ullr King and Queen, the Ullympics and the Ullr Dating Game. Some traditions have stayed, such as snow sculpting, which has become its own event called the International Snow Sculpture Championships. Other traditions have gone by the wayside.

But the highlight of the evening will undoubtedly be the Parade of Lights. Prepare to be amazed as elaborately decorated floats, vehicles, and walking groups adorned with festive lights illuminate the night sky. The Parade of Lights will traverse through Main Street, spreading joy and holiday spirit to all who witness this enchanting spectacle.
