The Timeless & Good Vibes Festivals are happening in extremely free and open-minded environment, so it’s important to be clear about your limits and respect those of others. The only valid invitation is an invitation expressed clearly and verbally. Consent and respect for boundaries are essential. Consent means that a person clearly has clearly given their permission following a proposition. Sexy costumes are not an invitation or consent already granted, nor is nudity. A person who is too drunk, high or asleep is not in a position to give their consent. A person who is intimidated or too afraid to resist is also unable to give consent.

Respect the limits of others. Ask before touching. This includes hugs!

RESTORATIVE JUSTICE - EXTERNAL RESOURCES

Where it is an option for the people involved, we encourage restorative justice actions. However, we do not believe that we have the internal resources to support people in these processes. Here are some specialised resources that might be helpful:

The Festoche Bamboche team is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, volunteers, artists, festival-goers, etc.n

In this context, the Festoche Bamboche team reserves the right to take preventive action before the event or on site. The Festoche Bamboche team may ask certain individuals (festival-goers, artists, etc.) not to attend the festival or to leave the site during the event.

Any action taken by Festoche Bamboche in response to reports or behavior deemed problematic is based solely on considerations of prevention, collective well-being, and event safety. The Festoche Bamboche team does not have the human resources, mandate, or expertise to deal with allegations. Decisions made in this context are final.
