Festival Foods – Event Food Service

Let Festival Foods take care of your next event!
We cater sporting events, parties, gatherings, and business meetings.

Location Requirements

• Events must be held on private property at this time.
  
  

• Public property events are welcome only if you already have a licensed concession stand (which typically includes a food license) or if I can obtain a temporary food permit, unless you already have a food permit that would be covered.
  
  

• At least 5 days’ notice is required to prepare, so I can get a temporary Food permit and personnel if you need it.

Booking & Pricing

To reserve your event date, a $200 Event Package deposit is required.

The goal is for the concession sales at the event to reach at least $200. The deposit works as a guarantee to secure the date and cover the minimum service amount.

How it works:

• If total sales are $200 or more, your $200 deposit is fully refunded.
  
  

• If total sales are less than $200, the difference is applied from the deposit.
  
  

Example:

• If sales reach $300, you receive the full $200 deposit back.
  
  

• If sales total $150, the remaining $50 is kept to reach the $200 minimum, and $150 is refunded to you.
  
  

For private catered events where guests are not purchasing food, please contact me in advance to discuss:

Payment for catered events must be paid in advance.

Setup Details

For outdoor events, space is needed to set up my  two 10' x 10' food service tents.

I can provide:

• A tent setup
  
  

• Serving tables
  
  

• Food preparation equipment
  
  

If electricity is available, please let me know. If not, I can bring a generator.

For indoor events, I may need access to electrical outlets or may run extension cords to a generator placed outside.

Black-Tie or Formal Events

For formal gatherings, I can assist with beer, wine, and select cocktail service.

• You provide the list of beverages to be served.
  
  

• All alcohol must be supplied by the event host, as I do not hold a liquor license.
  
  

Business Lunches & Meetings

I can also provide simple catering for business gatherings, including:

Payment Options

Payment terms:

• 50%–100% due upfront

We will clean up food-related trash and dishes after the event.
