Volunteer Opportunities

Also, please reach out if teacher prep interests you, we typically meet Tuesday mornings. We do not have a sign up for this but would love for you to show up when you are able.
We are also looking for coordinators to head our events listed below for the 2023/2024 school year, if one of these interests you please reach out (you do not need to commit to all meetings to be a coordinator for some of these opportunities).
Teacher Prep
Teacher prep is us getting together once a week and assisting our fabulous teachers with tasks they need help with. Prep may include cutting, laminating, copying, sorting, and other fun things they come up with.
Tigerthon Fun Run
Fall Event
Volunteer opportunities may consist of setting up the stations and/or taking down on the day of. Assisting students and staff at stations to help even flow smooth.
Scholastic Book Fair (Fall and Spring)
Kicks off during the Fall and again during the Spring. Happens during conferences.
Volunteer opportunities may consist of working the register(s), helping families locate books, and keeping the books tidy. Book fair events are typically held during conferences.

Volunteer opportunities may consist of handing out prepackaged orders to parents as they arrive for pick up.

Volunteer opportunities may consist of handing out prepackaged orders to parents as they arrive for pick up.
Conference Meals (Fall and Spring)
Volunteer opportunities may consist of bringing in part of the meal for our staff to enjoy during the day.
Family Fun Night
Spring Event
Volunteer opportunities may consist of decorating, setting up games/activities, clean up after. Managing games/activities, work concessions, monitor halls/gym/silent auction.
Staff Appreciation Meal (Spring)
Volunteer opportunities may consist of bringing in part of the meal for our staff to enjoy during their lunches. Also decorating the gym for them is always fun!
Movie Nights (Throughout Year)
Volunteer opportunities may consist of assisting with concessions and other needs if necessary.
Restaurant Nights (Throughout Year)
Volunteer opportunities may consist of helping the restaurant staff where needed when they are busy caring for our FES families.
