Working in the reputed PHP Integrated Steel Mills Ltd, a sister concern of PHP FAMILY as a Head of Operations and Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical) Utility Department. As a Head of Operations, I'm maintaining Proper use of Raw materials, Smooth functioning of production & operation, All sorts of Reports, Graphical Reporting, and Presentation and to act as Mentor & Train the employees, documentation, Work schedule, Work Planning, Man power  & Leave Management and maintaining their job responsibilities with strictly followed by  KRA, KPI, KPA etc.

I've gained a lot in commissionioning a capital machinery and in the erection of a new plant.
