We are looking to add members to our team to help with running the after school programs. We need people to do things like:
Sourcing vendors for the new term
Point person for a specific class to include coordination with vendors, school, and parents with logistical questions
Help with attendance and logistics of getting kids to the classroom

At least two PTSA parent/guardian volunteers are required to be present at each after school class session. They must be a member of PTSA and receive at least a Level 1 clearance on the Northshore Volunteer Application Process before the start of the class.
Parent/Guardian Chaperones responsibilities include:
Arrive 20 min prior to the end of the school day to sign in at the front office and go to student meetup location
Take attendance and contact parents/guardians for any student absences
Take students to class location
Help manage student behavior
Inform After School Chairs of any accidents and incidents
Make sure classroom is returned to the same state or better (ex. tables and chairs put back, trash thrown away, etc.)
Sign out all students to Authorized Persons when class is over. Do not leave until all students are picked up.
Chosen chaperones who volunteer for the entire class session receive one guaranteed child slot for a single class and discounted tuition.
If you would like to be a parent/guardian chaperone, please indicate so on the Interest Form. We will determine chaperones on a first come first serve basis.
