This Privacy Policy explains how eztaStudio handles information in connection with Fernuvo: Forest Jump (“Fernuvo”).
Fernuvo is an offline game. The current version does not collect or transmit personal information to eztaStudio or third parties. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, third-party tracking, or in-app purchases.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. It does not request Android internet permission.
Fernuvo stores the following information locally to provide its features:
Unlocked levels and earned star ratings.
Your selected language: English or Bahasa Indonesia.
Your selected appearance: Day or Night.
This information remains in the app’s local storage. Fernuvo does not send it to us or provide cloud synchronization.
We do not sell or share gameplay data. Fernuvo does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Google Play, Android, and your device manufacturer may independently process information when you download or use apps, according to their own policies and your device settings. This policy describes Fernuvo’s handling of information, not those independent services.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and provide support. Support correspondence is handled through our email service provider and is retained only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear Fernuvo’s app storage or uninstall it. To clear them, open Android Settings, find Fernuvo under Apps, and select Storage and Clear storage or Clear data. Menu names may vary by device. This removes your saved progress and preferences.
There is no Fernuvo account or server-side gameplay profile to delete. To request deletion of information you previously sent by email, contact us at the address below.
Fernuvo does not collect personal information from children through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through email support, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Local information is stored in the app’s private storage and is subject to Android’s security protections. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy if Fernuvo’s features or information practices change. Updates will be reflected in the date at the top of this policy.
