Payments are typically due at each lesson. If EFA funds are used, payments will be per EFA policy.
24-Hour Notice: If a student is unable to attend a lesson, a full refund or credit toward a future lesson will be issued, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund, as that time slot has been specifically reserved for the student and cannot be filled on short notice.
Teacher Absence: In the event that the instructor must cancel a lesson, a full refund or a make-up lesson will be provided.
Students will need a piano or keyboard at home for practice. Required method books will be discussed during the first lesson.
