Currently, I work as a professor in the mathematics department of the the  Escuela Politécnica Nacional in Quito-Ecuador.

I am dedicated to research in applied mathematics. I received my Ph.D. in 2015 under guidance of Lorenzo Brandolese at University Lyon 1, in the area of the nonlinear parabolic and dispersive wave equations (Camassa-Holm, Degasperis-Procesi, shallow water, rod equation). I made an extensive use of harmonic analysis tools for the study of such PDEs.

At present, I focus on the theoretical study as the well-posedness, regularity issues and the asymptotic behavior in the  temporal and spatial variables  for some equations arising from fluid mechanics. To board these problems, my technical skills base on some classical and modern tools of the harmonic analysis as well as virial technical for described in the  asymptotic behavior of solutions  of certain dispersive equations.
