Brigada Eskwela 2024 : Bayanihan para sa MATATAG na Paaralan
ย ย The days left before the opening of classes are fast approaching. Different schools will soon participate in the Brigada Eskwela 2024 including Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School, an annual program in the Philippines which aims to prepare public schools and their problems before classes start.ย
ย ย ย The goal this year is to encourage every school and its stakeholders to have an established readiness to engage students in a learning-friendly atmosphere, Brigada Eskwela will start on July 22 and end on July 27 at Fernando Airbase Integrated National High School.
ย ย The institution of Brigada Eskwela activities does not only involve the cleansing tasks of the shoulders of teachers and the schools, the students, the parents and the local government and NGOsโ efforts are collated too. Anyone who volunteers helps to clean the vibration, helps organize the classroomโs supplies, and fixes the facilities and painted the classrooms. This program serves the physical preparation of the school but also highlights the aspect of coming together as a community in working as one.
ย ย As with the practice in the past, there is an issue โ sustainability. Now, thereโs a chance for change โ schools should start using recyclable materials and planting trees within their properties. Thereโs also more emphasis on the local communityโs involvement, to show how levelled partnerships can bring about change within the educational sectorย
FABINHS Parent's Orientation 2024
ย ย The Parents' Orientation and State of the School Address for the 2024-2025 school year was conducted by Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School (FABINHS). The orientation was divided into two days: July 24 for Grades 7-10 and July 25 for Grades 11-12.
ย ย July 24 ,2024 at 7:30 am was the day the Grades 7-10 students' parents attended a helpful orientation on the different activities and expectations of academic and extracurricular ones in school. Also delivered were the State of the School Addresses by the Principal; their aim was to show students various achievements, goals set to be achieved, and various continuous programs. After such orientations, books and supplies became an easy preparation for them within school systems.
The next day, 25th July , at 7:30ย was meant for Grades 11 and 12. The whole day was dedicated to the SHS curriculum and career readiness. The Principal spoke on challenges and opportunities for the senior highs, while counselors were briefing them on college applications and career paths. Senior highs also received their textbooks and other materials needed for the year.
These orientations highlighted the importance of a strong school-parent partnership in supporting the success of students. Both parents and students were well prepared for the year ahead by the end of the two days, equipped with essential resources and information to ensure a successful school year at FABINHS.ย
Gawad Fernando : Honoring Excellence in Educationย
ย ย Fernando Air Base Integrated National High School conduct an event to recognize educators and school employees who have shown commitment and enthusiasm in improving the education standards in their local areas by appreciating their significant efforts.
ย ย Theย Gawad Fernando accolades are named after an education figure. Aim to celebrate the remarkable dedication of individuals and groups in molding the prospects of Filipino students, for the better future. The upcoming Gawad Fernando will recognize educators โ like teachers and administrators โ well, as staff members who have demonstrated remarkable commitment to enhancing their school environments. During the event ceremony awards will be given out across categories such as teaching approaches and community engagement efforts to acknowledge their contributions, towards school development.

ย ย ย Sir Joel James A. Cubillas, Ma'amย Rose Ann L. Dela Peรฑa, Sir Alex S. Dela Vega, Ma'am Norilyn A. Fetalvo, Ma'am Gerlie S. Francia, Ma'am Elma H. Ilagan, Ma'am Jade Jayvee A. Lat, Ma'am Kathlyn L. Lim, Sir Rey R. Pamis, Ma'am Krissa Diane P. Valido, Ma'am Amalia T. Verdera, and Ma'am Nova M. Villapando are recognized for rendering 10 years of service.ย
ย ย Ma'a Amy T. Rocafort and Ma'am Monaliza L. Ocampo are also given citation for rendering 15 years of serviceย while Ma'am Myrna Alcala and Ma'am Olivia Arada are in service for 20 and 25 years, respectively.
ย ย Ma'am Gemma P. Coronel and Ma'am Angelica F. Olaso, the school's principal have been doing the routines for 30 years.
ย ย The Best Intervention is Project Capehan by Ma'am Alma G. Dimaano.
ย Ma'am Sheila Marie O. Budomo is hailed as the Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel while Ma'am Dulce M. Manaog is awarded Outstanding Head Teacher.ย
ย ย Ma'am Kathlyn L. Lim is the Outstanding Master Teacher whileย Ma'am Yvette L. Ablitas receives the Outstanding Club Adviser award.
ย ย The Outstanding Class Adviser is none other than Ma'am Monaliza L. Ocampo, while Sir Rey T. Pamis is this year's Outstanding Teacher.
