I completed this case study as part of the Google Data Analytics Certificate. This activity showcases my capability to go through the data analysis process: ASK, PREPARE, PROCESS, ANALYZE, SHARE, and ACT. The project also displays my knowledge of case studies and problem-solving.
Scenario:
I am a junior data analyst who has just been hired by Futurist, a company that specializes in the making of innovative applications, to work in the marketing analyst team for their app, READ2SHOP. The app has just experienced a 30% decrease in annual subscriptions from December 20, 2022, to January 20, 2023, however, the reason is unknown. To get an idea of what was driving users to cancel their subscriptions, Futurist conducted a survey that took place between January 24, 2023, and January 31, 2023. Therefore, I have been tasked to identify what caused this drastic decrease by analyzing the January 2023 READ2SHOP survey.
