This policy explains what information Fern Flower ("the game"), made by Macaque ("we"), collects and how it is used. The game is available on Google Play for Android.
We do not run our own servers, and we do not collect your name, email address, location or contacts.
Your game progress (flowers, scores, unlocked characters and settings) is stored on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, a copy of your progress is also saved in your Google account using Google Play Games saved games, so it can be restored on another device.
The game uses the following third-party services. Each one collects information under its own privacy policy.
Google AdMob shows ads in the game. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about your device and how you interact with ads. In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the game asks for your consent when it first starts. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy Options button in the game's Options screen.

How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google Play Billing handles in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google, and we never see your payment details. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought, which the game uses to deliver your purchase.
Google Play Games Services provides sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and saved games. If you sign in, Google shares your Play Games profile (player name and avatar) with the game, and your scores and achievements are stored by Google. Leaderboard scores and your player name may be visible to other players. You can manage your Play Games profile and its visibility in the Google Play Games app.
Unity (Unity Technologies) makes the engine the game is built with. Unity may collect basic information about the game's use, such as when the game starts, together with device information like the device model, operating system version and a randomly generated device identifier.

Information is used to run the game, show ads, deliver purchases, save your progress, show leaderboards and achievements, and understand how the game is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Change your ad consent with the Privacy Options button in Options.
Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings, under Google > Ads or Privacy > Ads.
You don't have to sign in to Google Play Games. The game works without it, but your progress won't be saved to your Google account.
Uninstalling the game deletes the progress stored on your device. To delete your saved game, scores and achievements kept by Google, delete the game's data in your Google Play Games settings.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
We may update this policy when the game changes. The current version is always available at this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
