DATA REQUESTS POLICY of Ferish Club

1. Introduction

Ferish Club respects user privacy and data security. This page outlines our policies regarding user data, including account information, stored content, and data deletion requests.

2. User Data We Store

We collect and store the following data to provide and improve our services:

• Username – Required for identification and cannot be removed from our database.

• Email Address – Used for account recovery and communication.

• Uploaded Content – Any content (e.g., videos, links, texts) uploaded by users remains stored unless a valid deletion request is made.

• Encrypted Passwords – We do not store plain-text passwords. Account recovery is only possible via a one-time verification code sent to the registered email. If sufficient account details are not provided, recovery may be impossible.

• Payment Information – We do not store card or bank details. All payments are processed through third-party providers like Razorpay. We only store the transaction payment id for record-keeping.

• We do not share any of your personal data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. 3. Data Deletion Policy

Our app completely follows and complies with Developer Policy Center and Data Deletion Policy .

3.1 Account Deletion

• Users cannot request complete account deletion. This is necessary to maintain system integrity and prevent fraudulent activities.

• The username will always remain in our database, even if the user is inactive.

3.2 Content Deletion

• Users can request to delete specific uploaded content by providing a valid reason.

• Requests must be submitted via email to ferishclub@gmail.com with:

  • Username

  • Details of the content to be deleted

  • Reason for deletion

• We will review the request and process it if deemed valid.

3.3 Personal Data Removal

• Users can request the removal of their email, encrypted password, and any other personal information (except username) from our database.

• After processing, the account will be inaccessible, and account recovery will no longer be possible. This means that, if you had bought any content from us, will all be in-accessible.

4. Payment & Financial Data

• We do not store or process payment details.

• Any financial data related to transactions is stored by Razorpay or other third-party payment providers.

• Users should contact the respective payment provider for any payment-related data requests.

5. Data Request Process

To request data access, modification, or deletion, users must email ferishclub@gmail.com with the subject: "Data Request – [Your Username]" and include the following details:

• Username

• Registered Email

• Type of request (data retrieval, modification, or deletion)

• Specific details regarding the request

6. Security & Privacy

• We prioritize user privacy and ensure data security through encryption and strict access controls.

• No other users can interact with or access your data within the app.

• Our database is designed to protect user information from unauthorized access.

7. Disclaimer on Data Security Risks

While we implement strict security measures to protect user data, Ferish Club cannot guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach, hacking incident, or loss of database control, we will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, misuse, or consequences arising from such incidents.

Users acknowledge that no online platform is entirely immune to security risks, and by using Ferish Club, they accept these inherent risks. We will take necessary steps to mitigate any damage and notify users of critical breaches when required.
