About the Appraiser
Evan Ferguson resides in a small town located in eastern Ohio. Growing up and operating the farm along with helping others along the way. The operation was a diversified livestock and grew diversified crops. Attending Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute majoring in business management specialized in agriculture where he received his associates degree. While attending high school and ATI Evan worked for the local agricultural Co-op. Once completing his degree, he worked at a couple cattle operations mainly raising angus cattle. With the next step of getting back into the agricultural retail business, Evan and a partner started a retail feed & seed location. Evan operated the location a few years before stepping away to focus on his own cattle herd.

Courses Attended:
Completed course and passed examination on Principles of Valuation, a 35 Hour appraisal home study course presented by the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers.
