Elders are members that go above and beyond the call of duty. They have shown themselves to hold the ideals of Fergus Falls in the highest regard and practice these ideals without making a conscious effort. Fergus Falls Elders are committed to the continued growth and improvement of the clan. They can be considered the point of contact for any and all issues surrounding the clan. Without fail, Elders understand what Fergus Falls is; they fit in so well with our clan and our ideals. They live and breathe Fergus Falls. When someone requests assistance, be it with information or action, Elders are often those who first answer or who give more in-depth responses. In situations that demand it, their use of tact is superb.
