Group Sessions
I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, empowering you to make positive changes and live a life aligned with your values and passions in a group setting through my masterclass, workshops or courses (based on which you choice of participation). Together, we'll dive deep into topics such as goal setting, mindset mastery, resilience building, and overcoming obstacles that have prevented you from living the life you desire.
The session will consist of:
Initial Consultation: Begin with a complimentary initial consultation. This is an opportunity for you to get to know each other, and discuss their goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Assessment and Goal Setting: Conduct group assessments to gain a deeper understanding of the client's strengths, weaknesses, values, and areas for growth. Together, identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that will guide the coaching process.
Coaching Plan Development: Based on the assessments and goal setting, develop a coaching plan to identify core values and passions, Outline the objectives, focus areas, and strategies to take actionable steps towards becoming a priority of your life and creating a plan.
Session Structure: Meet 1x's a week for 90 days(increments).
Sessions typically last between 60 minutes and can be conducted via video conferencing platforms like Zoom, etc.
Coaching Process: Use a variety of coaching techniques, such as active listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, and action planning, to facilitate self-discovery, growth, and empowerment.
Accountability and Follow-Up: meet in weekly group session go over plans, connect with accountability partners, and have Q& A sessions.
