Monday and Friday: « Lady Style » (Level 1)
The class is open level. Here we learn one choreography during one month. Step by step. Moves are sensual, provocative and energetic. Everything a girl needs to enjoy her body and have fun dancing.
Tuesday and Thursday: « Stretching » (All levels)
To dance good you need to stretch good. To support your body, release stress and muscles tension you need stretching. Back bending, hips opening, splits are on the target. The hot warm up is included in every class.
Wednesday: « Lady Style » (Level 2)
Even though this is a level 2 class, you don´t have to be a professional dancer to take the class. We learn together. One month - one choreography.
Thursday: « Oriental dance » (All levels)
This class is inspired by oriental dance moves, but it is not a belly dance class. Perfect for a beginner in dance. All about feminine moves, contact with you body, sensuality, musicality and the love of expressing your Goddess through dancing.
