By downloading, installing, or using FeltToday (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

FeltToday is a personal reflection and mood-tracking application intended for self-awareness and personal use only.

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Content generated by your use of the App is for informational purposes only

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

• You should seek qualified professional assistance for medical or mental health concerns
  
  

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you create within the App

• Managing, exporting, or backing up your data

We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or app uninstallation.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, text, branding, and code, are owned by FeltToday unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeltToday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.
