AvalonCat was born into and raised in a Christian household in North Texas. She came from a long line and large family of professing Christians. In 2014, Avalon joined the furry fandom after reading Warriors: Into the Wild by Erin Hunter. She attended a local church in her area for most of her life where she also met her current boyfriend and co-founder of FCF.

Kaolyn Seraph was born & raised in a Christian home in Texas. He joined the fandom because of fantasy movies and books that he read. Now he just wants to represent Christ in the furry community.
