Privacy Policy-Fellowship

Fellowship (“we”, “the app”) helps groups plan trips together. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account details: email address, display name, and optional profile photo

• Trip content you create or share: group names, dates, invites, itineraries, decisions/polls, chat messages, photos, and payment coordination details (such as a Zelle name or handle shared with your trip)

• Emergency medical and contact information you choose to save in the app

• Device identifiers as needed to operate the Android app and sign-in

How we use information
We use this data to operate Fellowship: authenticate you, sync trip content with members of your groups, and show profiles and shared media inside those trips. We do not sell your data or use it for ads or tracking.

Who can see your information

• Trip members can see shared trip content (plan, chat, photos, money coordination, decisions)

• Emergency medical and contact info you save may be visible to other members of trips you share with, so the group can help in an emergency. Only add information you are comfortable sharing with your trip mates

Payments
Fellowship does not process payments, charge fees, or move money. Any Zelle (or similar) details are shared for peer-to-peer coordination outside the app. We are not a payment processor or bank.

Photos and device access
With your permission, Fellowship may access your camera and photo library so you can upload trip photos and a profile picture. Photos you upload to a trip are stored so other trip members can view them.

Sharing with service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. They process data on our behalf to provide the service.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to trip content is limited to members of that trip.

Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in Profile Settings. Deleting your account removes your auth account and personal profile data. Trips you solely owned are removed; trips with other members are transferred to another member when possible.
