Supervision of Bachelor and Master Theses

I have supervised more than 60 theses so far, primarly in the areas I also do research in. Topics covered in the past include empirical corporate finance (e.g., capital structure, corporate restructurings (M&As, divestitures, spin-offs), capital market issuances (IPOs and SEOs), executive compensation, board structure, activist investors and their strategies) and household finance.
