I am a financial economist, currently employed as a Senior Research Associate at the Department of Finance of the University of Zurich. I am also an affiliated researcher at the Hamburg Financial Research Center.

My research interests are in empirical corporate finance and household finance. Recent work of mine studies corporate governance issues and how households respond to inflation. I am particularly enthusiastic about analyzing unique datasets, especially those drawn from historical sources, to uncover new insights.
