I am a PhD student at the RWI - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research in Essen.
My research interests lie in urban economics, with a focus on topics in environmental and real estate economics. In particular, I am interested in the decarbonization of the housing sector, the capitalization of local energy prices in the rental prices and housing demand, and the role of market frictions and policy effectiveness.
