I am a PhD student at the RWI - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research in Essen.
My research interests lie in urban economics, with a focus on environmental and real estate economics. In particular, I study the decarbonization of the housing sector, its effects on housing markets, and policies that can efficiently reduce reliance on fossil-based heating.
