I am a PhD student at the RWI - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research in Essen.

My research interests lie in urban economics, with a focus on environmental and real estate economics. In particular, I study the decarbonization of the housing sector, policies that can efficiently reduce the reliance on fossil energy sources in residentual heating, and the implications for regional inequality.
