Research Interest and Publications

I am an international scholar specializing in Management Science and Energy Management, with a focus on addressing critical energy and sustainability challenges. My research leverages advanced decision-making and analytics tools to model and plan solutions for integrating variable renewable energies (VREs) into both grid and off-grid settings. 

I am interested in optimizing VRE integration into power systems, exploring their impacts on energy markets, and understanding the complementarity between renewable energy sources. My work also seeks to develop sustainable energy solutions that promote social and economic development in disadvantaged communities. 

I have contributed to the literature on topics such as rural electrification, microgrids and business models, energy security, power grid resilience, green hydrogen, and renewable energy complementarity, with publications in leading Energy and Management Science journals.
