It's easy! Just contact me through email or social media, tell me what you would like, or you can use this order form. Once the order is confirmed, you can either do an online bank transfer, or use Paypal to pay for the order.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars, and include GST.
- Shipping costs can be high, however, I charge what Canada Post charges for shipping. Sadly once I package most items securely, they are over the Canada Post 2cm thickness limit, and fall into the "parcel" rate - even if they weigh next to nothing (boo). Shipping small items, without tracking to the USA is approximately $5USD ($7 CND).
- If you are in the Edmonton area, we may be able to meet up to eliminate shipping costs.
- I will be happy to bundle items when shipping for the best possible shipping rate.
- I love getting mail, and I am sure you will be excited to get your purchase as fast as possible as well. I will mail out items within 1-2 business days, however, custom pieces may take longer (depending on how long it takes me to make your item). I will be happy to estimate a time for custom pieces prior to placing an order (just send me a message). If there will be any delay I will notify you. I will also let you know once the order has been shipped (and provide you with a tracking number if applicable).
- Items will be shipped from Edmonton, Alberta.
- If you are ordering multiples of the same item, I will give you a bulk discount.
- Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase, or if any item arrives damaged, so we can work out a speedy resolution. Please note that earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons) unless they arrive damaged in the post.
- I may have to make your item and strive to post orders in 1-2 business days, if there will be any delay I will notify you. I will also let you know once the order has been shipped (and provide you with a tracking number if applicable).
- Custom and personalized orders
- I love doing custom and personalized orders. I go to gem shows every few months - so I can always look for gemstones for people. I'd love to make your ideas come to life. Let's brainstorm!
- Custom orders will also require creation time of a few days or weeks (depending on if I am sourcing something special for you).
Gift wrapping and packaging
- I package all items with care to ensure they won't be damaged in the post (boxes, bubble wrap, and tissue to make it look pretty).
- Ammolite items come with an information sheet, including care instructions. If you are sending a gift to someone and want me to include more information (stating it is dinosaur bone, or which gemstone it is) please let me know and I'll gladly accommodate. I'd be happy to provide gift wrapping and a gift card (same size as a florist card) for special occasions at no additional charge.
- No dinosaurs were harmed in the making of the jewelry. :) All fossils were obtained legally and are lawful to sell.
